Our Policy

1. All quotes are valid for 24 hours.

2. Deposit 50% no refundable required to confirmed and reserve the order.

3. All invoices are due in full prior to delivery, 5 days prior to the set event date.

4. Delivery Fee only includes dropping off the items and picking them up. Client shall PREPARE ALL ITEMS FOR PICK-UPS IN THE SAME WAY THEY WERE DELIVERED. If the Set-up Fee was not paid, all tables and chairs must be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up.

5. Only some items can be pick up at the Warehouse. the client is the responsible to loading and unloading items from cars.

6. All clients should sign a contract before the delivery day.
